What's The Reason? Item Upgrade Is Everywhere This Year

Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrades can boost the power of a piece and at times even add additional features. The worth of these upgrades is determined by the gear's tiers, their requirements, and how many random augmentations are applied.

The racial Shield elite Razortail for instance, is frequently upgraded to enhance its lightning absorption capabilities in PvP and/or add additional defenses to missile-based builds in the PvM. This makes it more exchangeable than the un-upgraded version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens are a way to reroll an item you have acquired, such as armor, weapon or rings. This swaps the current item for a different one similar item and comes with an additional set of bonuses. Reroll tokens are a cost-effective method of upgrading gear. They don't maintain the original level of the item and any wasted resources will not be refunded.

Reroll tokens can be obtained by survivors via a variety of methods such as the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They can be found in chests and crates or bought at the local store at a cost of 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter the attributes of the equipment for example, increasing its damage or giving it a new stat.

Players can reroll equipment in three categories: physical power, spell power and health. Upgrades to physical power increase damage from weapons and melee attack and spell power upgrade mage attacks and ring. Health upgrades provide the player with additional health.

There are three types of reroll tokens: upgrade, rare, and legendary. Each of these upgrades an item to a higher-quality and requires an upgraded reroll token in order to make it. Upgrades that are enhanced require a standard item, rare upgrades require a unique or a legendary item, and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.

The marker for rerolling, unlike special tokens or markers placed on action areas, stays on the spot until the next success is being rerolled. This helps to avoid wasting upgrades.

Blueprints are envelopes that appear at the start of each preparation phase. They can be opened with Interact by pressing on them. Once they're opened they show a complete description and an icon for the appliance or ingredient that they correspond to. Blueprints can be exchanged for new appliance or ingredient in the restaurant's shop for a small amount of coins.

In the course of the course of a game, blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool due to selected Franchise Cards. This changes the blueprints that the restaurant's shop offers to reroll and which are available in the non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

Weapons, armor, and accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These are special stones that increase the level of an item by increasing its stats and attributes. Players can locate these items by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the main towns. They can purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants for a price. Moreover, players can obtain these stones by signing daily contracts.

To upgrade equipment, the player must first locate the item then click the "level up button". This will display a menu showing the item's current level and what it will be when being leveled up and the required amount of Growth Stones to achieve this. The number of Growth Stones required to upgrade an item will depend on its rarity. Typically rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, while uncommon armor requires just one green or blue Growth Stone.

After deciding what to upgrade, players must then select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to utilize and pay the appropriate cost. After the player has met the requirements, he is able to click the upgrade button and apply the Growth Stones. The item will be upgraded in level by a certain percentage. The upgrade process can last from a few seconds to several minutes, depending on the rarity of the item.

The upgrade process is completely risk-free and does not affect the item's durability. This makes the system an excellent way for players to gain a significant advantage in combat without putting a strain on their accounts. By clicking on the "transfer tab", players can also transfer the experience and progression of an upgraded item to an entirely new piece of equipment.

For new players, it can be difficult to obtain Growth Stones. However, there are many ways to obtain them, including completing contracts and purchasing them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, obtaining them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or getting them from the reward chests of the Ancient Arena season. In addition players can also break down the higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.

Leveling

Leveling is an optional feature that lets players boost the stats of their weapons, armor, helms, and trinkets. The Upgrade Station lets you combine an item with upgrade materials and also pay a cost in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The process will use up the upgrade materials and grant the item an increased level, which gives the item a boost in the area. The process will continue until the item reaches its maximum level.

Items that have upgraded stats will display a blue icon next to their slot. Unlike enchantments, however, upgrade components don't stack with each other, but can only be added to a single item at a time. Each upgrade component also requires the purchase of a certain amount of items and a minimum level of equipment.

The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left side, players can place an item that they wish to upgrade. On the right side, a preview shows what the equipment will look like when it reaches its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow when the player has enough materials will initiate the upgrade process.

A piece of equipment can be upgraded up to five times. Each time an item is upgraded, its base stats will be increased by a small percentage. The maximum level for an item is 19.

When an item reaches its maximum capacity that it can no longer have the option of upgrading. Also, when an item reaches an upgrade track (e.g. Upgrades for the Veteran or Explorer track will be discounted.

Upgrade components are a kind of equipment that can slot into armors, weapons, trinkets and gathering tools to give an extra effect or attribute benefit while the equipment is equipped. They can be bought from vendors, looted or obtained through questing or traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced with new ones, however doing so will damage the previous upgrade, with the exception of for glyphs, which can be removed and replaced at will.

Requirements

The upgrades to items allow players the ability to increase certain stats of armor and weapons that they currently own. The requirements for upgrading an item differ based on the type of item however, you'll generally require Dilithium and an amount of Upgrade Tokens.

The  upgrade item s can be used to make set pieces or weapons to provide added effects or a higher level of the item. These upgrades can come from many sources, including crafting, buying at the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting during bosses and raids. Once an upgrade component is inserted into an object, it cannot be removed or replaced. However it is possible to swap glyphs freely.

Upgrades can increase the Mark Level or Rarity. In addition, some upgrade components include additional modifiers that can enhance the stats of the item.

For example, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" increases base defense, and provides an additional 20% chance of blocking. Additionally the dps enhancement "Wildfire" increases damage to weapons.

Some items are better off being upgraded less for their increased stats and more for the fact that it lets players get the most value out of a perfect roll on the item. For instance, a perfectly rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly valued in the melee PvP community and could be worth 20-50x the non-upp'd version.

The game will highlight the requirements when you select the upgrade component that is incorporated into the item. These include the item type (either Weapon or Armor) and the tier of that item and the upgrade Token needed, and the amount of progress required to complete the upgrade.

Once you've met the required conditions for upgrading, the game will place the item in your inventory, and the progress bar will be updated to show how close to completing it. You can also verify the status of an upgrade by going to any item upgrader NPC.
